Karen is a Professor of History and the founder of The Royal Lancers Vintage Dance Troupe. She hosted the very first National Grand Ball created solely for Civil War Reenactors.
Karen teaches ballroom etiquette and dance workshops & hosts numerous Grand Balls in St. Louis and nationwide. Karen is renowned for her recreation of a Fancy Dress Ball held
on New Year's Eve of the Millennium.
