Reenactment of the Battle of Middlecreek that took place on January 10, 1862. September 13th, 14th and 15 2019 are the dates for this years reenactment. On Friday the 13th we will be having school days for the children of the area and the battles on Saturday and Sunday at 2pm each day. The camp will open by 10am each day for civilians to talk to the reeancters and walk around the camp.

Rear Rank Productions announces the upcoming anniversary event, Shenandoah 1864, to be held October 4-6, 2019., "Shenandoah, 1864" is the 155th Anniversary Re-enactment of Sheridan's Valley Campaign. This event will feature unit specific detailed battle scenarios, even handed rule enforcement, correct force ratios, including artillery and mounted forces by invitation only , both campaign and garrison camping and unit specific impressions.

The Rear Rank Productions team is excited to continue on with the series of exceptional Civil War events that have included Balls Bluff, At High Tide, New Market Heights, Maryland My Maryland and On to Richmond.

In our effort to continue our Mission to preserve, protect, and educate, the Cedar Creek Battlefield Foundation (CCBF) has confirmed that a Reenactment Event will be presented October 18-20, 2019, the 155th Anniversary of the Battle of Cedar Creek.

This 3-day event will also commemorate CCBF’s over 30 years of preservation efforts and will mark the 29th such reenactment in the tradition of recognizing the significance and sacrifice of this important historical event. CCBF, in presenting the event, faces many challenges. We appreciate the support that you in the reenactment community and all of our friends and neighbors at large continue to provide us.

Tallassee Living History and Heritage Days, brought to you by The Tallassee Armory Guards (SCV Camp 1921) in conjunction with the new Talisi Cotton Belles (OCR Chapter 020), is a Veteran’s Weekend celebration featuring the Battles for the Armory live Civil War Reenactment This year marks the 21st anniversary of the Battles of the Armory. We have a spectacular event planned beginning Friday with School Day where students will experience living history of the 1860s to include culture, crafts, homemaking, dance, dress, battle, medicine and much more. The public is invited to join us Saturday and Sunday for a very family-oriented, fun-filled, and educational weekend event. You will see a live portrayal of a Civil War battle, hosted by the 53rd Alabama Cavalry reenactors, as well as handmade clothing, accessories, weapons, toys, and even soap giving our viewers new insight into day to day life during the 1860s. There will be a Tea/Brunch on Saturday. Battles are at 2pm. Come see what the excitement is all about!

On November 1st trough 3rd the Mill Springs Battlefield Association will be holding a national reenactment; the only National Reenactment in the Western Theater. Over three thousand reenactors will be in attendance as well as several hundred sutlers. This could be your last chance to witness a reenactment on this hallowed ground! Mill Springs Battlefield and Visitor Center is possibly approaching federal status. After this change federal regulations will limit these types of events. So join us in November for what might be our final hurrah!

JOIN US for SPRING '64 presented by Battle Stands. This event is Thursday April 30th through Sunday May 3rd. With over 1800 acres just 1 hour East of Saint Louis, MO SPRING '64 offers campaign and mainstream reenactors one of the best events in 2020.

The opportunity for opposing Regiments with Infantry, Artillery, Cavalry, and Wagons will give campaigners the chance to maneuver and take the field for 3 days of immersion. Mainstream reenactors will have large camps and static battles to join in on Saturday and Sunday. An authentic civilian town will provide non-military reenactors an opportunity to be in the middle of the action. Mainstream and civilian camps will offer all needed amenities including water access, bathrooms, and firewood. Located near sutler row and the authentic civilian town. Large parking areas outside of the designated camps will accommodate all parking needs.

Campaign reenactors will go live Friday at 1pm and will be in the field until returning to parking area Sunday afternoon post battle. All campaigners will be issued rations Friday before going live and entering the field for the weekend. Static scheduled battles will take place Saturday and Sunday afternoon and both campaigner regiments and mainstream forces will meet on the field for engagement.

All of this and more awaits those who register and attend SPRING '64! Registration is completed by filling out online form from registration page as well as submitting $20.00 per person fee through this site to event organizers. WALK-ON'S will not be allowed so you MUST register prior to the event.
