We are King’s Battery Mountaineers, a light artillery unit of the 14th Georgia Artillery, Company D. Our “galvanized” Federal unit is the 13th New York Independent.Formed in late 2005, King’s Battery consists of Civil War enthusiasts who want to enrich both our knowledge and heritage by participating in CW reenactments.

The 52nd Georgia Volunteer Infantry Company I attempts to accurately portray the lives of the common soldier from Georgia during the War of Northern Aggression through battle reenactments, living histories, and memorial services. We also portray the 123rd New York Infantry. Our members currently reside in Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Civilian living history unit portraying the ladies and gentlemen of the West Side Soldier's Aid Society (1862-1864)and Wisconsin Soldiers' Home (1864-1867). 3rd Minn. Co. C Cavalry     Red Wing,  MN

3rd Minnesota Company C Cavalry Originated from Brackett's Battalion out of Fort Snelling at the beginning of the Civil War. Parts of the 3rd were used to put down the Sioux uprising in Minnesota in 1862. In the fall of 1862 3rd Minnesot Co.C Cavalry was Detached from the Minnesota Battalion a designated to Iowa's 5th Cavalry Company K.
